Fans in Montreal are in for a big day today at the Rogers Cup, as the schedulers try to make up for the rain delays that have held up the tournament so far. For the first time in the week we can look forward to five matches on Central Court as the conclusion of the historic competition draws closer. As has been the case all week, all of the matches on Central Court can be streamed live for free courtesy of bet365 (click the link above for more information).

The first third round match of the day on Central Court will see Agnieszka Radwanska pitted against Chanelle Scheepers. Both players have been enjoying successful seasons, though it’s Radwanska who seems the likelier of the pairing to prevail. The second seed should have just about readjusted to hard court tennis now, and should be ready for action having emerged from a tight three setter against Mona Barthel.

Next up we’ll see home favourite Aleksandra Wozniak attempt to defy young American Christina McHale. McHale is arguably the favourite but we’ve seen the Canadian raise her game this week. This should be an exciting match.

The third showdown on Central Court will be Caroline Wozniacki versus Varvara Lepchenko. The former world No. 1 should have the upper hand, provided that Lepchenko doesn’t produce one of her best performances of the year. The American has looked sharp in 2012 though, so she shouldn’t be overlooked.

The next two matches to be played depend upon results here and on other courts. The fourth match will involve former Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova and either Tamira Paszek or Carla Suarez Navarro. This will be followed by McHale or Wozniak versus Lepchenko or Wozniacki.
