Rafael Nadal is set to start his 2010 Wimbledon campaign on Tuesday having missed the 2009 tournament due to knee tendonitis. Nadal's first round opponent at Wimbledon 2010 is Kei Nishikori.

Rafa has only faced Kei Nihsikori once in his career, with Nadal the victor two years ago at Queen's Club.

Nadal was on unstoppable form during the clay-court season and will hope to carry the form into Wimbledon. Nadal won all three clay court Masters along with his fifth French Open, and now eyes his second Wimbledon title.

Despite returning to the world top ranking, with a sensational 40-5 record for the 2010 campaign, Nadal remains cautious of his opponent.

"I think Nihsikori has amazing potential. I think he has enough potential to be in the Top 10 if he is healthy. I know it is going to be a very difficult match." Nadal commented.

Despite Roger Federer's stuttering start to Wimbledon Rafael Nadal is the considerable favourite for a straight sets victory.
