Jo-Wilfried Tsonga faces Alexandr Dolgopolov in the first match on Wimbledon's Court 2 later today, scheduled to begin at midday.

Wimbledon tenth seed, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, took out first round opponent Robert Kendrick in four sets. Whilst Kendrick hammered down 28 aces, Tsonga was able to hold out for the win, 7-6 (2), 7-6 (8), 3-6, 6-4.

Tsonga's second round opponent is world No. 43, Alexandr Dolgopolov. Dolgopolov will be hoping for only his tenth win of the year this afternoon. The 21-year-old enjoying his first ever Wimbledon campaign with victory over Swiss Marco Chiudinelli, 6-4, 6-3, 6-3.

Tsonga is a consistent third round finisher at Wimbledon, having been defeated at that stage in the past two tournaments. He will be hoping to push for a quarter final place and jump up the ATP rankings, but a resilient Dolgolopov could trouble Tsonga.
