The eight competitors for the ATP World Tour Finals met British Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday

The challengers for the ATP World Tour Finals took a break from their individual preparations to meet British Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday. The players took part in a group photo with Mr. Cameron inside No. 10 Downing Street, and also posed for photographers outside.

“It’s fantastic that the ATP World Tour Finals tournament is back in London for the second year running”, said Mr. Cameron. “It’s great for Londonand great for the country. I am one hundred percent behind Britain hosting high profile sporting events such as this”.

Cameron also looked to the future, stating, “I hope that seeing the world’s top players compete right on our doorstep, including Britain’s very own Andy Murray, will inspire our next generation of sporting heroes”. Murray was also available for comment, saying, “It’s the second time I’ve been here. It was nice. He [David Cameron] likes tennis, which we knew beforehand. We spoke about tennis and some of the past players. It was good fun, I really enjoyed it”.
