Serbia and France have selected their teams for December’s Davis Cup final

Serbia and France have both chosen four players to represent their respective nations in next month’s Davis Cup final. As expected, Novak Djokovic will feature in the Serbian line-up, along with Viktor Troicki, Janko Tipsarevic and Nenad Zimonjic.

The French team will feature Gael Monfils, Michael Llodra, Gilles Simon and Arnaud Clement. Monfils and Llodra both managed to reach the final four in this month’s Paris Masters, and Monfils went on to become the tournament runner-up. France aren’t at full strength though, as Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is still sidelined with a knee injury.

The final will be played in Belgrade, on an indoor hard court. The matches will begin on the third of December, and finish two days later. Serbia have the home advantage, and managed to defeat the U.S.A, Croatia and the Czech Republic en route to the final. France are also capable of victory though, and are searching for an historic tenth Davis Cup title.
