Roger Federer and Ernests Gulbis will meet again in Madrid in what is a clay court rematch of a head to head encounter in Rome.  Gulbis defeated Federer in that match and that fact will certainly earn the young Latvian star some backers but this may be a case of "bettor beware".

Federer has not been playing well recently as he lost last week in a 250 level tournament (ATP Estoril) to Albert Montanes prior to the final of that tournament.  Even so you have to wonder how long the world number 1 will remain in a slump before he bursts out again.
