Rafael Nadal vs James Blake Results - Shanghai Masters

James Blake played Nadal tough again.

Rafael Nadal knocked James Black out of Beijing last week in what was a match that Nadal should have won a lot easier than he did.  The two met again earlier today at the Shanghai Masters and although Nadal was a heavy favorite heading into the match, a perceptive fan should have known that Nadal might have been vulnerable here.

Nadal made a lot of uncharacteristic mistakes against Blake and the world number 2 did not appear to be on form. 

Nadal won the match 6-2, 6-7, 6-4 but he probably showed too much emotion for only a second round win.

Our recommendation is to avoid Nadal in the future's market for the Shanghai Masters although he may very well make it to the semis with only Tommy Robredo and Gael Monfils in Nadal's section of the draw.
