Rafael Nadal looks ready to defend his Wimbledon title after coming through an intensive three hour practice session at the All England Club.

Nadal was forced to withdraw from Queen's Club last week with knee trouble and underwent severe rehabilitation in Barcelona.

However fears that the world number 1 might miss Wimbledon dissapeared after he trained for an intensive 3 hour session at the Aorangi Park practice courts.

For the first time Wimbledon is being streamed live online for free. You can follow Rafel Nadal's Wimbledon progress with free streams from Bet365's live streaming service.

Rafael Nadal, 23, will continue his Wimbledon training by playing at an exhibition tournament in London on Friday.

"It would be a good test for me to see how the knee is doing before Wimbledon," Nadal said of the Hurlingham Club event.

Meanwhile, tennis legend Bjorn Borg has raised doubts over Nadal's ability to retain his Wimbledon title.

"Nadal is always a dangerous player because he is the best in the world, but what happened in Paris and then the injury, I am picking Andy Murray or Roger Federer," said the Swede.

Latest odds from the Wimbledon markets are tight, Federer is favourite at 1/1, Murray's at 5/2 and Rafael Nadal is 7/2. All odds from Ladbrokes.
