Round one will continue on Monday at the BNP Paribas Masters in Paris

The action continues in Paris on Monday, though most of the big names wont be involved just yet. The penultimate match on centre court between Nicolas Mahut and Richard Gasquet on Centre Court looks set to be particularly exciting, as both players will be aiming to impress the home crowd. In addition to this, Arnaud Clement is up against Feliciano Lopez in centre court’s second match. Clement is also playing in front of a home crowd, and this could turn out to be a thrilling encounter.

Play begins on centre court with Belgium’s Xavier Malisse against Jarrko Nieminen of Finland. After Clement and Lopez finish, Potito Starace will face Michael Llodra. The next men’s singles match will involve Mahut and Gasquet, and play is due to finish on Centre Court with a meeting between Stanislas Wawrinka and Josselin Ouanna.

There will be four men’s singles matches on Court 1 on Monday, the first of which is Denis Istomin v Benjamin Becker.
