Novak Djokovic fought off the unlikely challenge of Bernard Tomic on Wednesday to earn his place in the final four at Wimbledon 2011, and will now be vying with Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for a place in the final. Tsonga has had a fair amount of success against Djokovic in the past, and enters this contest with a 5-2 head to head record against him. Djokovic is a player with an incredible defence and ability to scramble, yet Tsonga’s remarkable power has often proved to be a decisive factor in their matchups. Expect an exciting showdown between two major competitors on Friday. The winner will face either Rafael Nadal or Andy Murray in the final.
