Novak Djokovic believes that home advantage will play a big part for the Davis Cup final between Serbia and France this weekend.
It's one of the biggest events in Serbian sporting history and Djokovic has had one eye on this weekend ever since Serbia's narrow 3-2 win over the Czech Republic back in September.
Huge audiences are expected with over 16,000 spectators likely to pack into the Belgrade Arena for Friday's opening singles rubbers.
"It's going to be crucial for us to have very big support," Djokovic said. "It's going to be an unpredictable match against a very strong French team and the crowd's support can play a key role. We've always had huge home support, and you can feel the interest and the passion of the people who want to come here and support their team."
Last week's ATP World Finals saw some fine results for the Serbian stars with Djokovic reaching the singles semi-finals and Nenad Zimonjic winning the doubles title with Daniel Nestor.
For the French, captain Guy Forget will be hoping Gael Monfils and Michael Llodra can reproduce some of the inspired form they showed at the Paris Masters a few weeks ago. Monfils made the final for the second year in a row while Llodra stunned everyone with his run to the semi-finals.
