Novak Djokovic and Mardy Fish were both quarterfinal winners at the 2011 Miami Masters on Wednesday.
Novak Djokovic and Mardy Fish will meet in one semifinal from the 2011 Sony Ericsson Open as both of those players won their Wednesday quarterfinals.
Djokovic cruised into the semis as he eliminated Kevin Anderson of South Africa 6-4, 6-2. With the win the world number two remained undefeated during the 2011 tennis season.
Mardy Fish had an efficient match in another quarterfinal as he defeated David Ferrer on Wednesday 7-5, 6-2.
Fish served at 65% but what was truly impressive was his first serve winning percentage which was at an incredible 91%.
Fish is the only American player remaining in the draw and with Andy Roddick failing to defend a large chunk of his ranking points from last season, Fish may soon be the new top American on tour.
