The hard serving Raonic has made an impact at the Stockholm Open this week, seeing off the dangerous Marcos Baghdatis in three sets in the opening round and then outplaying Philipp Petzschner 6-3, 6-3 on Thursday. Raonic did not even face a break point during his 73 minute win.
Dimitrov moved into his fourth ATP World Tour Final of the year, converting six of ten break points and he took out fourth seed Juan Ignacio Chela 6-2, 5-7, 6-1. Chela is not normally known for his success indoors but it was still a decent coup for Dimitrov who has only beaten two top 30 players this season.
They have actually played on the tour in the past, Dimitrov winning 6-4, 6-2 in a futures event in the States a couple of years ago.
Prediction: Raonic in two
