James Blake faces Aleksandr Dolgopolov in Tuesday's night match at the Pilot Pen Tennis.

Blake made a stunning start to the tournament, enjoying the quickest win of his career on Monday, taking just 35 minutes to dispatch Pere Riba 6-0, 6-1. Blake has won the New Haven tournament twice in his career, in 2005 and 2007 and after struggling throughout the summer he appeared to be inspired by returning to the scene of former glories.

He faces a much tougher test against Ukranian seventh seed Dolgopolov, one of 2010's fastest risers, storming up nearly 90 places to 39 in the rankings. He lost a tight three setter to David Ferrer in Cincinnati but reached the third round in Toronto, going down in three again to Tomas Berdych.

Blake will have to really step up his game to come through this one.
