Germany well represented in ATP Halle quarter-finals

Live Tennis Staff

Three of the four ATP Halle quarterfinal clashes on Friday involve Germans, with Tommy Haas and Philipp Kohlschreiber headlining the action for their national audience.

All of the ATP Halle matches this week are being streamed live for free online. You can watch every match from ATP Halle live with Bet365's streaming service.

It will be an all-German clash when Haas and Zverev face off for the first time in their careers at the Gerry Weber Open. Haas had been dealing with injury problems earlier this season, but it looks like he is starting to turn things around and will be desperate to reach the semi-final.

Another quarterfinal clash featuring two Germans who have never faced each other is Beck vs Kohlschreiber. Beck is up to a career-high 53rd in the world and he can boast a solid 10-6 match record at the ATP level in 2009.

Kohlschreiber is up to 24th in the rankings thanks to a fourth-round showing at the French Open, where he was responsible for the giant killing of Novak Djokovic.

In addition to the Djokovic vs Jurgen Melzer quarter final, Rochus plays Becker, another German quarterfinalist. Becker and Rochus have met once in their careers, with Becker prevailing 6-3, 7-6(4) on the grass courts of 's-Hertogenbosch in 2007.
