Caroline Wozniacki aims for revenge against Francesca Schiavone in the Rogers Cup quarters tonight.

Wozniacki lost to eventual champion Schiavone at the French Open and the Danish second seed will have her eye on revenge tonight. Wozniacki had a tough 4-6, 6-3, 6-1 battle against Flavia Pennetta in the last 16, hitting back strongly in the last two sets and winning ten of the last eleven points to close out the match.
Schiavone made a stumbling start to the tournament and it initially looked like she might be repeating her early exit at Cincinnati. She needed three sets against Ekaterina Makarova but she had a convincing 6-4, 6-3 win over Dinara Safina on Thursday.
Schiavone has won both her previous matches against Wozniacki, 7-6, 6-2 in Zurich two years ago and 6-2, 6-3 at Roland Garros.
However Wozniacki is probably the more comfortable of the two on hard courts so she should have a decent shot at revenge tonight.
