The unseeded British pair received a wildcard into the Queen's Club event and defeated the Bryans, the world No.1 doubles team.
The Bryan's led 3-0 in the first set but the British duo hit back with two breaks of service to claim the set. The Brits then broke in the seventh game of the second and held their nerve under severe pressure.
"I tried to convince my family and friends that Iwasn't nervous serving out for the match but of course that was a lie. I was absolutely bricking it," said Fleming. "I missed a volley on the first point but, after that, I just committed to everything and Ken did the same.
"We got there and it is a great feeling. The funny thing was, from 3-0 down in the first set, we didn't get broken, so we knew we were in it. We felt like we were getting into their service games."
"We just kept saying relax, relax'. Believe' was a word we used a lot too." added Fleming.
Fleming, travels to Wimbledon on Thursday to play Marcus Willis in the first round of the LTA wildcard play-offs for places in the Wimbledon singles main draw. If successful, he must play again in the afternoon against Burnham Arlidge, the No.4 seed.
