Andy Roddick continues his comeback against Thiemo De Bakker in Cincinnati.

Roddick came through his first match back after a mild bout of mono, beating Sergiy Stakhovsky 6-4, 6-7, 6-1 on Monday.
Roddick lost a 5-2 lead in the second set tiebreak but breezed through the final set and said afterwards that it was the best he had played for some time.
De Bakker also had a three set win over clay-courter Juan Monaco in round one. However the signs are good for Roddick as he has crushed De Bakker twice in straight sets already this year. It was 6-1, 6-4, 6-4 at the Australian Open and 6-3, 6-4 in Indian Wells.
However the American is not taking his opponent (a former world junior number one) lightly, "He's certainly capable of hitting big serves and shots, it's just a matter of not playing the loose games,” Roddick said. “I think that's the difference, or it has been the difference the two times we've played. He's certainly can hit the ball big, and he's certainly a very dangerous opponent."
The winner of this one could face Robin Soderling in the third round.
