Andy Roddick retires injured allowing James Blake into final

Andy Roddick's Wimbledon hopes were thrown into disarray when he pulled out of the Queen's Club semi-finals against fellow American James Blake with a right ankle injury on Saturday.

The American Andy Roddick sprained his ankle at the end of the third game of the first set and carried on until 4-4 before pulling out. Blake will face Britain's Andy Murray in the final.

Andy Roddick stumbled as he watched his shot leave his racket, the stumble looks to have led to a sprained ankle however the injury shouldn't be serious enough to threaten Roddick's Wimbledon campaign.
