Murray and Troicki ended the action at the 2011 Roland Garros tournament on Monday tied a two sets a piece and all to play for.
Viktor Troicki of Serbian almost eliminated Andy Murray from the draw of the 2011 French Open on Monday as the Serbian held a two sets to love lead over the Scot.
However Murray, with the resilience that one would expect from a top five player, fought back in the match and he took down sets three and four to stay alive in the clay court Grand Slam event.
The match ended for the evening from Paris after the fourth set and the two players will resume on Tuesday tied at two sets a piece.
Clay is not Murray's best surface and he has only made the French Open quarters once so far in his career. However that is one more time than Viktor Troicki and the Serbian might continue to have a lot of trouble closing their confrontation out on Tuesday.
Murray and Troicki will resume will all to play for on Court Suzanne Lenglen at 2pm CET from Roland Garros.
The match will end the fourth round with Juan Ignacio Chela awaiting the winner in the quarters, a player that either Troicki or Murray should be favored against.
