Andy Murray beat Juan Carlos Ferrero to move within one match of winning his first grasscourt career title at the AEGON Championships at Queen's.

Murray hustled past Spain's Juan Carlos Ferrero scoring 6-2 6-4 in the semi-finals of the Queen's Club tournament on Saturday.

The top seed Murray outwitted Fererro by picking an assortment of angles, spins and power shots to find victory.

Murray will now have his sights firmly set on becoming the first British champion at the west London Queen's club since Bunny Austin triumphed in 1938.

Standing in Murray's way at the AEGON Championship final will be either four-times champion Andy Roddick or James Blake, who fight it out in the second semi-final later on Saturday.
