Sharapova vs Wozniacki could be considered a finals quality match.

Kim Clijsters and Ana Ivanovic are scheduled to play in the first match in Arthur Ashe Stadium today at the 2010 US Open.  Starting time for the stadium is 11am and Venus William will take to the courts afterwards, then followed by Rafael Nadal.

Ivanovic can test Clijsters as the Serbian is on top of her game at the moment.  She has taken out her first three opponents with hardly a blink and rarely has anyone posted a competitive set against Ivanovic lately.

However Clijsters is on impressive form as well and for a much longer term and she is considered a -300 (1/3) favorite with SportingBet while Ivanovic has been priced at +280 (14/5) with Bwin.

Backing Ivanovic is the play to make here but you might want some help in the form of a handicap.  Ivanovic has a +4.5 game handicap with BoyleSports and her odds on that line are +105 (21/20).  Even if the Serbian were to lose in straight sets, each set by a break, there are scenarios where she would cover that spread.  If she were to win a set, something she is fully capable of doing, then she could cover that game handicap quite comfortably.
