Agnieszka Radwanska plays China's Shuai Peng in an intriguing fourth round clash at the Australian Open.
For those unfamiliar with Peng, she was among the group of Chinese players who broke onto the tour with considerable success a few years back. Slightly overshadowed by compatriots Na Li and Jie Zheng, Peng reached a career best ranking of 31 back in 2005 and she's been in and around the top 50 for a while.
An unorthodox player, she uses two hands on both sides and has been enjoying a fine start to 2011, making semi-finals in Auckland and Hobart. At this tournament she stunned seventh seed Jelena Jankovic 7-6, 6-3 in round two.
For Radwanska, even being in the draw for this tournament is something of a minor miracle. The twelfth seed had a foot operation in October and was given a one percent chance to make the Australian Open but make it she did and after battling past Kimiko Date-Krumm in a tough opener, she's grown in confidence.
Radwanska leads the head-to-head 2-1 but Peng won the last one 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 at last year's US Open.
Prediction: Radwanska in three
