Three ATP World Tour Finals places remain up for grabs at the Paris Masters this week. Wondering who still has a chance of qualifying ? Well check out this guide.
Tomas Berdych, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Mardy Fish are the men in the driving seats, filling places 6-8 in the ATP Race but none of them can feel entirely safe. It will take a special performance from someone this week for them to be usurped but stranger things have happened in the final week of the season.
Nicolas Almagro lies in ninth place in the Race and needs to make the final this week but his chances don't look great after a first round defeat in Valencia. The clay loving Spaniard could face Tsonga in the third round and it'll be a surprise if he gets through that one.
Janko Tipsarevic has been in the form of his life this season and the Serb has given himself a chance of qualifying by winning titles in Kuala Lumpur, Moscow and making another final in St Petersburg over the past six weeks. He also needs to reach the final in Paris but in his current form no one will want to face him. He could square off against Berdych in the third round.
Gael Monfils' form has been topsy-turvy all year but he's still in the running. He needs to win the title this week but he's reached the Paris final for the past two years and with raucous support from his home fans, you really can't bet against him.
Gilles Simon also needs to win the title but unlike Monfils he's never been past the third round at this event.
