Albert Montanes takes on Pablo Andujar in the last four of the Grand Prix Hassan II.
Montanes reached his third Casablanca semi-final after a convincing 7-6, 6-2 win over seventh seed Fabio Fognini on Friday. The top seed is into the last four without dropping a set and remains on course to go one better than in 2007 when he made the final.
Montanes has looked assured all week not dropping a set in either of his matches so far. His semi-final opponent Pablo Andujar has been similarly impressive. Andujar has really broken through in the past year, making his first ATP final in Bucharest last September and he has impressed all week, defeating former finalist Florent Serra in the opening round before taking out sixth seed Jeremy Chardy and and then Spain's Pere Riba 6-2, 6-2 in the last eight.
However Montanes holds a 2-0 head-to-head lead over his compatriot, winning both matches in straight sets including a 6-3, 6-2 victory in Bueno Aires last year.
Prediction: Montanes in two
