World number one Novak Djokovic will be looking to reach the fourth round when he takes on Nicolas Mahut at 0300. The big-hitting Serbian should have no real problems against his French opponent and is expected to claim a straight-sets victory.

British number one and number four seed Andy Murray is also in action on Saturday when he takes on another Frenchman in Michael Llodra in the third round.

Murray has already defeated American Ryan Harrison and Edouard Roger-Vasselin in his opening two matches, and although Llodra will be a stronger test the Scot should also have no trouble reaching round four.

Llodra is a surprise entrant in the third round, after he stunned the 32nd-seeded Alex Bogmolov Jr. of Russia in a tough five-setter.

Llodra took a two sets to nothing lead over his opponent, before Bogmolov came back to win the next two sets 6-4, 7-5 and took the match to the fifth set. The Frenchman won the match in the fifth set, 6-4 to book his third round spot against Murray.

Also in action on day six is Federico Gil against talented Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Milos Raonic against Australian Lleyton Hewitt.

In the women’s draw Ana Ivanovic should cruise through her clash with Vania King, while Petra Kvitova will be tested when she clashes with Maria Kirilenko at the start of the days play.
