Saturday's Order of Play at the Toronto Masters sees Novak Djokovic and Janko Tipsarevic square off for the first time in a Masters 1000 semi-final.
The singles matches begin with the eighth seeded John Isner taking on 14th seeded Richard Gasquet in the first semi-final of the tournament. Gasquet first defeated the fourth seeded Tomas Berdych in the third round in straight sets before being stretched to a three-setter by Mardy Fish.
Isner had a tough time against Philipp Kohlschreiber in his round of 16 encounter before notching up a 7-6, 6-4 victory over Milos Raonic in the quarter-finals.
In the evening session, the second semi-final at the ATP Rogers Cup 2012 will see top-seeded and defending champion Novak Djokovic take on countryman and fifth seed Janko Tipsarevic. After an easy straight-set win over Sam Querrey in the third round, Djokovic needed three sets to beat veteran Tommy Haas in the quarter-finals.
Tipsarevic had an easy couple of matches on Friday. In the third round, he crushed Marin Cilic 6-2, 6-4 before overcoming Marcel Granollers in the quarter-finals in another straight-set encounter.
